About Skylar Pettingill

I first picked up a camera in 2017 and immediately was hooked. My hobby quickly turned into my profession and I haven’t back since. I originally started taking photos of Maine’s beautiful landscapes. Being a Maine native I felt so grateful to grow up here. My combined passion for photography and my love for Maine fueled my landscape career. After a couple of years down the road, I made the transition to portraits. That's where I found my next journey in photography. I soon began using my knowledge of landscapes and implementing it into my portrait photography. That's when I started delivering modern portraits that I am so proud of today.
